Lea Guberina-Sulc is responsible for the oversight of development on several projects, including 701 7th Avenue and 215 Chrystie Street in New York, and is currently working on Witkoff’s multi-billion dollar development project in Las Vegas. Ms. Guberina-Sulc has over 10 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining Witkoff, Ms. Guberina-Sulc worked at BlackRock in the Real Estate Private Equity Group, covering acquisitions for the New York tri-state area and Pennsylvania. She was also a member of the real estate portfolio management team, where she was responsible for portfolio analytics, fund investment strategies, and investor relations. Prior to joining BlackRock, she worked at Cape Advisors as a project manager on several luxury condominium and hotel projects.
Ms. Guberina-Sulc graduated Summa Cum Laude from New York University and received her MBA with Dean’s Honors from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance.
